HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Hello everybody!
I hope most of you passed your exams. In any case, don't forget all your English this summer.
  • If you want to revise, you can join http://www.busuu.com/, it's an online community to practise and learn languages. You can watch the video tour and see how it works: you help people who want to learn Spanish and other people help you!
  • Please have a look at the blog or your book, you don't want to forget everything you learnt and NB2 is more difficult!
  • Practise! Talk to tourists if you can, after all we live in the Canaries!
  • Watch films in the original version (now with TDT is very easy, just change the language)
  • Listen to Vaugham Radio here.
Have a good summer! See you in September!

Unit 1 revision

To practise the present of the verb TO BE, select the "elementary" exercises in agendaweb. Do the articles A /AN /THE in the same page here. Plurals here, personal pronouns here, possessive pronouns here. Practise the days of the week, months & seasons here and listen to them here. Finally, listen to all the sounds of English at stuff.co.uk.

This is the song by the Bangles, a group from the 80s, that we listened to in class, Eternal Flame. Enjoy!
